This package is specially for those who: Get the whole showcase, choose an evening decoration, made a decision about equipment, shooting, but needs someone, who can manage all project issues in the celebration day, and who can let you enjoy an event and feel yourself as a guest on your event.

Getting information (not later than 2 months before the event) is a start for project coordination. During this period, our company is coordinating and taking responsibility for the next issues:

  • 1 meeting – Customer brief and project intro, getting all contractors’ contact information,
  • 2 meeting – Final meeting before the event. Coordinator’s report with all issues done for the customer,
  • Unlimited calls and e-mails during preparation period, but not more than 2 months.
  • Area installation scheduling. Mounting list coordination and distrubution with all the contractors,
  • Event screenplay development,
  • Music preparation
  • Event area preparation ( table, chair, dishes arrangement)
  1. Technic company’s arrival and installation.
  2. Decoration company’s arival and installation.
  3. On-time sound check and repetition.
  4. On-time artist arrival.
  5. On-time photo/video arrival.
  6. Compliment delivery control.
  7. Seating list control.
  8. Cake and additional details delivery control.

 

  • All process stages control in the event day
  • Event direction ( connecting customer with artists, staff and so on)
  • Project completion in the event day. Control for: customer’s residue delivery ( presents, flowers, suits) , Equipment and decoration dismantling.
  • Package includes 1 coordinator, in case of work volume increase, it is possible to add coordinator’s assistants.
